should call 911 imediately, the sooner dispatch can get
emergency services in route to your location the better.
This could be the difference between life and death or damage
and a complete loss of property. It's better to be safe
than sorry.

What's the average response time for an emergency call?
Several factors can play a role in a typical response time.
Keep in mind that police and ambulance personnel are paid
responders, however they also cover the entire county which can
greatly impeed response times. First responders and
firefighters are volunteers, so other factors can affect
response times:

fire department

However a typical response from the fire department's first page
may be as little as 6-7 minutes or as much as 10-15 minutes.
